one, changed my diff bushings to energy suspension ones, and I still got the clunk. I also have the Specialty Z 5 puck clutch, and if you read on their website, you will see that they say that the one draw back from the clutch is that it transfers drivetrain noise, at low speed hight torque. It's just the nature if the clutch disc solid connection. So really there isn't much you can do. The diff bushings did make it a bit better though. I've thought of going back to a factory drive shaft or at least a steel one, to lessen the noise. Hope that helps.
